Environment Does Alter DNA
There is significant proof that environmental factors do alter our DNA, UNDERGIRDING cause and effect. If we don’t know about something it is difficult to proactively use the information to benefit from it. So awareness and acknowledgement are very important components to activate and abide.

Think of DNA as a computer’s hardware; there may be several types of software programs that can regulate what the hardware does. Environmental factors such as food, drugs, or exposure to toxins can cause epigenetic changes by altering the way molecules bind to DNA. See Duke University study:

Genotype and Phenotype
Your genes carry the instructions for the growth and development of your body. However, your phenotype is influenced during embryonic development and throughout your life by environmental factors. Environmental factors are many and varied and include diet, climate, illness and stress.

Additional Observation
If this is true for cells to alter their direction and outcome by their physical environment then shifting each persons spiritual environment to the experiential authentic Christianity opens the door for Holy Spirit to deliver real Zoe Life to our cell structures (per Romans 8:11). All flesh and material are always subject to the spiritual, based on the fact God created everything (per Revelation 4:11). Remember God is omnipotent. He gives mankind a freewill to turn to Him. As each person does, they open the door for God’s overruling empowerment to effect them.
How can this be so effective? God created everything perfectly, without flaws, from Himself. He is absolute and inviolable. When Satan tricked Adam, sin entered into humanity and sickness and death were byproducts. So sin and sickness corrupted God’s creation. Jesus came to earth, from heaven, in superiority over sin and sickness, and healed all who were oppressed and afflicted by the devil. So Jesus shifted their cell structures by imparting heavenly standards to reverse the corruption caused by Satan. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil.
One More Thing
Saints technically have left humanity and entered into Christianity, to be united to God through Christ.
Because saints are grafted into Christ they should be receiving heavenly benefits for themselves and also they’re empowered to replicate His works as well.
Since Jesus’ authentic Christianity is what directly impacts demonic oppression, then getting closer to God would energize this model within each saint. The onus is then upon each saint to make it their personal business to meditate until a breakthrough is acquired. For tips and reports on this

Whether prayer is efficacious or not, in any given sense, is a matter of fact on which each man must form an opinion for himself. His decision will be based on data more or less justly handled, according to his education and habits. An unscientific reasoner will be guided by a confused recollection of crude experience. A scientific reasoner will scrutinize each separate experience before he admits it as evidence, and will compare all the cases he has selected on a methodical system.
